Kigali’s seasoned and top male radio presenter MC Tinohas quit Kenyan owned Royal FM for a rural communit– Country FM in Rusizi
MC Tino, (real names Kasirye Martin) known for his rib breaking jokes in life and on radio has spent days informing his audience of his next move.
Today Monday February 1, as Rwanda celebrates its national heroes’ day, Tino said his last goodbyes and held his last show at Royal FM where he has been hosting the evening drive shows and ‘Friday Night Live with Mc Tino’
Tino, who is also a solo musician, but formerly a member of the disbanded TBB group will now be heard on 91.3 Fm Radio Country Fm based in Rusizi district and believed to be owned by a former musicians called- Nduwimana Jean Paul known for a popular folk song “Murabeho Ndagiye”
MCTino said that his plan is to bring another new level of radio standards in Rusizi border district and change the image of the town which borders Rwanda and DR Congo.
“We are going to bring change in news, entertainment, sports and other shows in Rusizi to bring this area to another level” MC Tino said.
